Nothing apart from the fact I made good friends.

Everything. I faced a toxic work culture in this company. There was no transparency in communication, and some in the senior positions were hard to work with. Another major issue was the timings. On most days, I had to log in way before time and log out way after my work timings. Taking a weekly leave in this company was frowned upon. This in my issue is a major red flag. After editing the content of every writer throughout the day and then writing yourself, an employee deserves a weekly off. While I did get weekly offs, later they were frowned upon. Additional responsibilities were added without any increase in pay. This was one of the worst things. Lastly, for the amount of work, the pay was very less. The content produced too was questionable. Ahh too many issues. :Major issue is that they don't have a proper HR, so there are issues in communication. :Overwork: Several times I had to login in and logout way late after my time. :Leave policy: Asking for a leave sometimes feel like I committed some crime

It was good place to gather experience. My senior editors were easy going and understanding. Decent salary for an intern.

Dislikes

Although I was an intern and was there to gather valuable experience it wasn't a smooth ride. I was worked until the late hours, huge workload being thrown at me and at the end of my tenure there, I felt spent out.
