I had been working here for 1 year now, there is no trust issues with the management. Means they do not micromanage. Also leaves policy is also very employee friendly. Management listening to you always whatever you want to express.

Dislikes

I'm not seeing much growth here as I don't see much company investing in your learning. Also some people playing very dirty politics.

Over all I can say it's a good company to start your career, thy don't spend much on employees benefits, thy pay only basic things like internet charges. You don't find unexpected benifits like travel, outing, goodies, etc as in other big comp

Forcing to do overtime. Pressuring for sales and after sales is done, they wont pay you the full amount for sales. Everyone over there has discrepancies on their salary

The HR cannot explain the pay slip properly to any employee. incentives amount is too low. It doesn't feel like its an incentive. And as per night shifts the salary given to us is average, as night shifts affect our health. Thank you
