It's a great company to work with.... The most important of all is the personal touch from the management. You hardly find difference between management and an employee.... All are work driven and no one there are boss to no one... You are your boss. The freedom of work and implementation for your ideas are highly encouraged.... Overall a lovely place to set up carrier.

I was working there as HR executive and also started working on my training skills as I wanted to be a trainer. So I was multiskilling on both the platforms...

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
