Retirement age should be looked at. Too many senior management stuffs. Promotion not on merit. Nepotism too much. More stuffs doing office works. No teamwork in most area of work. When someone fails workers are happy, instead of encouraging. Too much backbiting at place of including senior staff. Junior staff are not given chance to contribute on production challenges. Some senior prefer production than safety, hence too conflicts at work. Training deptment should be independent from Engineering, so that it exercises freedom in decisions making.
