Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. First I worked as a Telecaller in Green Call Technology run by Vision India Company. It was a project run by the Central Govt. Like to say the work was very good very good. Unfortunately this project ends in May 2024 so I feel very bad.

Dislike is not much, the salary was late only I used to get the salary between 10th and 15th of the given month and there were some security problems because we worked on government projects and that would be a problem.
