As a prominent modern bank I have enjoyed working with FAB. I have full freedom in taking decisions in my job area. My colleagues come from different cultural background, we work happily in collaboration.

Second level management must be deserved candidates and impartial. A lot of clients are left the bank due to their weak business management style. No initiative from them to co-ordinate with concerned departments in HO to find out the solutions for a lot of issues surfaced post migration during 2018. There is no job security at all with FAB. HR must have proper mechanism to assess the staff performance. Management should give importance to the quality of the people. They should review the staff in terms of their qualifications, experience, knowledge,loyalty and integrity rather than other factors while terminating them ruthlessly without any mercy....Read More

My job was handling entire branch operations and sales as well. I was always in double role. Being a focal point of contact in the branch all other depts are depending on me. I have enjoyed working with Fab. A lot of new experiences (both happy & bitter).

There is nothing to like they cheat their customers, harass their employees and lie to their bosses. Read the frustration of the customers on their Twitter handle Fab Connects and other social media or visit a branch to listen to customer yelling.
