Before joining here, i have worked in other companies. here i find relaxation interms of work. Things are mostly arranged and in case demand is high, team is happy to support extra day. Monday to Friday gives work life balance however company check with us in advance to work on Saturday in case work pressure is high. If one is comfortable, can work or ask for another leave. The Idea was grow large, do some thing great in individual career and i found almost every one like minded people, trying to achieve the same.
