Don't have job security there if you are new to the company no matter how hard you work. Work culture is partial. Management will not hesitate to fire the new comer to the company if situations arise. Company policy are purely made for the company prospective not for employees. If someone join, will suggest for better increment at the time of joining later it's very uncommon to get.
