I worked at here for six n half years, and I am extremely disappointed with how my tenure ended. Despite my long-term dedication and hard work, the company failed to provide the gratuity amount owed to me. No hike in salary, No paid leaves & Additionally, I was not given a relieving letter or any of the necessary documentation for my future employment prospects. This lack of professionalism and respect for employees' rights is unacceptable. I would not recommend working here to anyone looking for a fair and supportive work environment....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
