There is nothing to like about the company.

1. Too much politics in this company. everyone had different tune, launched score based product and discontinued within 3 months, no planning or strategy. 2. Mr. Latit (CEO) has fired everyone by tactic to move them in sales department. 3. No Job security at all. 4. Fired Mr. Pabitra mitra sales head, RCM, CPA, credit and sales. 5. High delinquency, Portfolio is almost NPA. 6. Credit head- Mr. Keith santa maria was always on high, i don't know what he was smoking. Delhi branch where i was working was pathetic, Company had no money to pay office rent, even though landlord was daily abusing everyone, within last six month, they changed office 3 times....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
