Work life Balance is very good. Approachable Management Very good platform for fresher's

Compensation is decent ,. But technology wise growth is bit slow. Work distribution amongst the Teams needs to be improved.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as it is a Techno-Functional Role. But on the other hand there is lot to learn both on business and Technical sides. Constant Client interaction is required.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Don't give interview for this company, they don't have ethics and non professional, they will take 2-3 technical rounds first and later they will give online test for testing the 9+ years Lead. If they don't have budget or broke why they following these pattern. Instead you can keep your cut off initially. Instead of wasting crucial time of candidates
