If you work inside KNPC only they will give you salary with KNPC management pressure otherwise 3 months once you will get

Total management people they will do anything in the world for money ethic less people, and Once you join company you can’t able to resign properly if you resign they will torture you will say 3 months more without salary and will not get last month salary also , once you surrender them I no need any thing the. Only they cancel your visa and send back

working with KNPC as a plant operator as a secdonment employee under Finesco international. Work culture in KNPC is good but when it comes to Finesco, very care less management. salary getting late, if you have any query then no one is answering your call even if 100s of trying, end of service benifite if you are avilable in kuwait then they will give you after 3-4 moth of waiting. if yyou leave kuwait the forget about if many problem with finesco....Read More
