Culture - Unprofessional Lack of clarity, awareness, implementing will of CORE VALUES. (Compromising on women safety- POSH- unacceptable) Always ready, Compromising for short term interest. Mediocrity across work force Perception driven Top Management. (Perception created - “majority of the time are false” by a continuous feedback loop via closed loop people) Toxicity particularly at top Disputes within promoters affecting long term business interest and team’s culture Lack of willingness to form a TEAM Next generation promoters are hardly aware about business neither about core chemistry. (Not even a chemical engineers nor MBAs) Seriously worried about longterm investor - loosing money. (If you are a forensic/research analyst- Boss I’m Quite Serious) Current product portfolio is loosing competitive edge to giants like AWL Mundra, others. Suggestion for management -Let us hire fresh blood - Agility and risk taking ability is what we want (same like what you promoters did while you were young, traveled across country and help establish FOIL as a brand) -Let us hear to young people and do things differently -Let’s be tolerant to young people- hear them out- establish feedback mechanisms- retire core team who is at the height of mediocrity. -Hire trainees to creat a army of our own talent rather than relying on people from outside. -Establish better HR team and processes -Let’s make ourselves more organised and performances driven- efficiency and effectiveness is the key -Need to change from basic- let’s make it a customer centric rather than FOIL centric -Let clients drive sales and sales drive R&D and other functions...Read More
