Being joined as a fresher, the company was welcoming and supportive at the starting stages. Help and guidence where provided by the a good amount of supportive seniors. No pressure as such, and understanding managers (strictly based on team/manager). Good leave policy and Pay Scale for fresher. You will be recognised for your work

Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Hike is not the best, also the tech stack isn't the best. Growth wise not much potential. But still there are may guys here that are there for 10+ years and they have higher voice over things.

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
