Best place to work when one is joining as a fresher. Get to learn lots on new things. There has not been any default in salary payments. Good Job Security. No variable pay for employees who are in grades M1 and M2. Work pressure depends on the team and the project your in. Most of the managers are supportive and friendly. In general, there will be a friendly atmosphere.

Dislikes

Cons: 1. Irregular appraisal pattern. 2. Not much of recognition for the work done. 3. Don't expect infrastructure to be at par with other major companies. The cafeteria is very small which does not have much seating capacity. 4. Lots of infighting within the departments. 5. No WFH option. (For corona lock down, they have introduced WFH but not sure if it will be available in future.)
