Team politics , scrape goat been made of the employees for the fault of the management they seem to have no idea where to lead the business. Be aware of one employee in marketing , she seems to be on a holiday every other day and will make her work force upon operations and sales. When we ask for her help she is never there at work and if she is she wont do it. Im planning to quit soon
