All you get is free work flow, where you work enjoying lack of resources, get hell lot of blames coz of the work not done jus because the absence of resources and knowledge It's exactly like working as a PA under a politician where you have to do what ever the responsibility given to you even though it's not actually yours It's a great losers victory to be here.

Not recommended at all. I dint have a good experience as a technical support. Half knowledge is given. No process alignment, no trainers to train employees. Very low compensation. They are much better companies to join if you are looking for a better career. Please do not even think to join this company.
