The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable & providing good quality packing products to customers. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly changing as seeing all types of packing activities & try to packing at least cost. Manage all work according to packing schedule & maintain an inventory of materials & completion of all job with required timeframe.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
