As an academic coordinator, I have seen first and how FIITJEE's program like FTRE and olympiads shape student'f s futures. As told above, I am working in this valued organization since last 13+ years. I have noticed few points during my long tenure in FIITJEE which I am mentioning here. Lack of proper training and development programs, very limited opportunities for promotion and no clear-cut career progression path. Lack of transparency and professionalism in policies, inconsistent application of rules, inadequate communication from Seniors in the organization. Poor leadership by Top Seniors and a culture of favoritism where certain individuals might be given preferential treatment. And if you want to change, they will not help you to to switch infact they purposely put you on hold. they wont provide you the relieving/experience letter. Everything right from joining till you quit, FNF has not been paid for most citing financial reasons. Even for experience letter you may have to keep writing emails to the HR. You can see a huge discrimination on non faculties. Faculties are held high and others are discriminated. A faculty loyal with very less work earns 80LPA but for non faculties with same work is nit more than 20 LPA all over India...Read More
