Its been overall worst experience with Figmd because of where ever you work job security is one of important thing which make you feel free to work at any work environment. So i didn't see any like factor with figmd.

Couple of things i want share about the figmd which i don't like personally. 1. Job Security - Six month i have worked with figmd. we were around 15 people join in my batch, I could see there are something went wrong with business and they ramp down around 35 percent of employee count without giving any clarification and almost theyfired all the new people. I would suggest to be join this company if you don't have any worst option. As i believe they should gave us the proper clarification that why they hired us if there was no business. Even they fired a people who they working with them for long time 2. Learning - Existing process you will not get chance improve your skill and learn new technology.Every day you have to do same donkey work. 3.Facility - They don't have enough parking everyday you have to park your bike 1 km away from your work location and by walk you have to travel this distance . -There is few sport activity they planned only to show outside people.you will not get chance to play. - You won't get any other facility apart from your low budget salary. - Mobile phone not allow on the floor - There is no professional way of working you will feel like why i join this company . - They Don't have cafeteria ....Read More
