Have been with 55 tech for serval years, recent developments have left me disheartened. The decision to cut off paid leaves from 15 to 12 has significantly disrupted work-life balances and morale. Despite putting considerable effort, appraisals seems unfairly low. Remote employees are unfairly excluded from receiving sponsored ticke ts for the annual company event, while unethical practices like developer swapping only serves to undermine trust<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. So much of diversity in terms people, technology and culture that you learn something every day(week is more appropriate).
