Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I liked the way Female manpower are treated and handled to make them feel secure.

Company's working culture managed and handled by plant head is too worst. He treats the people at all levels as slave and talks non-sense and abusive language. Creates unnecessary pressure on the name of owners to keep a one man show culture. There is no policy of maintaining hierarchy and he directly approaches supervisor and Engineers levels to bypass his immediate reporting boss to drive one man show. He is not an Quality oriented professional and has habits and developing culture to bypass processes just to meet the Target Qty Dispatches . This He just do to impress the owner as he is concerned with timely dispatches. In summary Plant head is the person who has ruined the culture within the company just to prove himself as final authority to workforce and drives his way. He do not hire people as per talent or recommended by others but he only hire his know people's. People not praising him or not favouring him cannot stay long in the company....Read More
