Used to be a good company 5yrs ago who would care for the employees. Flexible with remote wfh. Only recommended for people who dnt have any options or whoever wants to do same repetitive job for the rest of their lives.

Dislikes

Appraisals are very poor and sometimes they provide 0% hikes because they have money to buy other companies but no money to give atleast decent hikes. They expect employees to do the job of 2-3 people.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
