Job security - during pandemic this is the only organization who is hiring people and creating job opportunities, which is very rare when most of the organisation are minimising the work force.

Dislikes

Only factors which I dislikes here is training. As a new employee you have to get to the other to learn about the work. No one will entertain or come to you to tell you what to do and what not. you have to go to people to develop your skill.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
