You work hard and achieve your Target for a year and at the time of appraisal they will email you that the company is making loss and they are not considering to make any changes in your CTC. Always Night Shifts No festivals No deepavali bonus and sweets USA based shifts Not getting exact variable pay(which is mentioned in offer letter) amount on every quarter. Once you're an employee in FIS you job is secured till the time you don't perform. Company gives you enough trills to proof yourself.

Starting from work satisfaction to salary everything is disappointing. Appraisal is just a myth doesn't matter how long you have been working in the Company.

The company was good to work for till it lasted an then one fine day we were told our process was shutting and were forced to join another company. It was good in the beginning and then there were just lot of pressure to perform and the pressure was put on groups and not on individuals which led to pressure being put on people who were already giving their 100% to cover the slack of others.. there were some practices by the managers which supported or even rewarded poor performances like they used to be taken of off floor and still get paid while others were taking care of the scores</mark>.
