The company has good policy for 1year tenure guys. Learning is also somewhat we can do ourselves. Personally I don't suggest to join the FIS if you looking for growth.

Dislikes

Growth of the employee are very slow. Very political environment. After a hard work you will not get good appraisal just because you didn't do chatlusi. Very bad experience.
