The company has experienced recurring layoffs almost every six month which can be unsettling for employees. The frequent restructuring may be direct result of incompetent upper management. 1. Work culture is bad. 2. Compensation is below standard. You will not be paid for your skills and value add. 3. Management is not trust worthy 4. FIS doesn't have a progressive work culture. It is functioning like in stone age. 5. Leadership is old and not futuristic thinking. 6. There is extremely high beaurocracy. 7. You won't get growth opportunity.

No appraisal. Manager says company is in loss every year. No bonus as gift during diwali or Christmas. If anyone starts career in fis with 3 lakh ctc then will be at 6 lakh only after 5 year.. poor growth
