It’s a really great company to work in. The company offers so much to the person, it’s really an organisation to retire from. Free cab service in Delhi NCR, hybrid working, free lunch and extremely employee friendly.

Work life balance was so bad, they feel that if they are paying you for Overtime then employee have no right to say, No. He/she should be happily work on Sunday even.

The overall experience has been decent but I haven’t worked for the organization for a long time. I only worked for 8-9 months.

The work that I was doing was very boring and not interesting at all. I was part of workplace investing department and I didn’t find the work to be very interesting at all. They barely use any tools, all the tools that they use are of FIL exclusive tools. They don’t even use MS excel even 10% on day to day BAU. A fresher can join but I don’t think you should stay for more than a year as their won’t be any learning above that point. I believe you should atleast learn advance excel nowadays and they don’t even use that in workplace investing department . It’s a core operations department....Read More
