The company is actually very employee centric in relation to other companies. Although during the recent times Fidelity has been laying off people from offices globally. At the moment the company is going good targeting higher margin for profits and reducing the benefits but still the company is a goor company to work with.

Sometimes, the work load increases and it goes for all levels of management. Something that is concerning for the non tech side is the real time monitoring. Each and every task is timed and if you complete the task within the required time then you are productive. Lala company culture. You won't feel working in corporate. If you are good in pleasing boss than you will be good. Diffrence of opinion are fatal. Politics is very high. Company is in down cycle . Till last year the company was good with some perks and benefits but this year they have started with layoffs in a big way. Plus the profile doesn't match with the kind work offered.

Favouritism. Plus layoffs this year. All major perks like free transport have either been removed or have been made paid. Company is not in good shape and is mostly cash strapped

Toxic culture, head office in India is in Gurgaon and the expectation is to be Hindi speaking or else you will not be given importance. Long working hours, redundant manual work and a culture that is reluctant to change. Despite of slogging countless hours you will not be valued or appreciated.
