I got hired for the Fidelis Corporate Solutions for the contract base with client company for 1.5 years I worked there. Once the contracted get closed with client company Iam the employee of Fidelis Corporate Solution then they did not provide the Job Security at all It's about my experience i faced in that company.

There is nothing called likable. Absolute no work culture and no job security. It's my humble request do not join through Fidelis.

Dislikes

Third class company services provided by them. They will hire you within 2 months will tell you the process is going to be over. Directly send you he last working day mail. Its very pathetic company.

they will never contact you and ask you about work.

Dislikes

salary will never given on time delay in ever month salary near by 10 to 15 days delay in salary. No increment, No support for any query, zero information from hr in any information requirement. notice period suddenly change from 2 to 3 month, your salary of last month get stuck more the 2 month.
