Nothing. I'm staying here just so that I'll be able to support my family till I find another job

Dislikes

1. Very poor Work life balance - 9 days working and 1 day holiday will be required without getting composentory off for extra hours. 2. Managers force you to Work from home even after office hours- I reach home at 8pm every day and end up attending office related calls till 9.30pm. If you miss the call even for any important personal work, you'll get shouted at in the morning infront of all your colleagues. 3. Sub standard increments and promotion. They give peanuts as bonus. They make you work like donkeys, earn millions as profit and just give you just enough to keep you alive. Forget about enjoying a better standard of living if you work here. 4. No career growth. Promotion for pets and chamchas only. Takes atleast 4-5 years to be even considered. 5. Harassment from seniors. Trainees to senior managers do the same job. But, earns a very different package. Title of job is just for names sake. 6. Abusive language(use of swear words against your family as well) by everyone including HODs. 7. Very bad appraisal system. Bootlickers are winners. 8. CTC includes deductibles like food, transportation, etc- They take around 2000rs from your salary every month for these. Plus, they cut insurance premiums for group health policy. 9. Expect 1000calls from your manager when you are on vacation-- and, they ask you to do all the work even when you are sick/traveling. I had to work on hospital bed once due to 'gali' from my manager. My mother got sick and my HOD told me to first clear the work for 1 week before going. 10. You need to travel in old buses to office. Pune to office distance is 45kms=1.5hrs. Basically, you start from your home at 6.30am and reach back at 8pm.Then you work from home till 9pm! (fiapl's idea of work life balance) 11. HR doesn't exist. They just dance to the music of level 1 bosses. 12. CAR Plant is the worst. This place is going to be a rotten hell if the board doesn't act on concerns of employees 13. Work life balance is very poor. Very poor learning opportunity. Monotonous jobs. Very hectic and tiring working hours and schedule.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
