They are heading towards gender diversification which is good for female employees. Your work life balance is all depends on your reporting manager and how his relation with top level management.

Management ambitions towards gender diversification which lead to lean all policies and promotion towards female employees rather than deserving or who actually add value for company. Canteen food and Bus transport facility getting worst day by day.
