There is nothing related to dislike all..while the days go on and responsibilities gets higher we will be in trouble to survive there with our growth,and the company is helpless as my educational qualifications will also be taken into account for the further promotions.In that way,I was so unhappy to show my talents and stop with anundefined area !! Growth is a doubtful matter and promotions are ideal !! My personal suggestion is to give some handpicked or common further education schemes for the eligible employees to show up their talents for the days to come..It will be motivating them more and maintain the strong relationship with the company norms. An INTERNATIONAL RELOCATION can be added to the employees here..it will ve so nice to have all those !! Thanks to have this platform to share out things !!...Read More
