Job security is very less please think about before joining the Ferrero private Ltd kharadi also caree growth is slow there is a bond of 1 year but Never get fired from the job before informed or exit, no mail communication and verbalization is done

I struggle lot of things no formal training sessions company management team is very rude ( order mngmt team manager and also Customer support specialist-these are the people who flattering)

In terms of job security the company is very good, support during COVID period was commendable, work culture is more like family.

The compensation and benefits in terms of monetory value is less as compared to market. In terms of growth and learning and development, there is still lot of scope.

Management is not good. Higher authority doesn't listen to new people who joined the company. ASM pawan singh kuntal is immature person. He is having bad review in market as well as ex employees who worked with him. Company should not do promotion without knowing the skills of person else location will go down and employees won't retain.
