Job security is very less please think about before joining the Ferrero private Ltd kharadi also caree growth is slow there is a bond of 1 year but Never get fired from the job before informed or exit, no mail communication and verbalization is done

I struggle lot of things no formal training sessions company management team is very rude ( order mngmt team manager and also Customer support specialist-these are the people who flattering)
