Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Six day working with strict timings salary on time. No work pressure Fena hi lena

There was a lot of work there, because of which i was able to learn a lot.

Senior abuses the junior, the environment is not healthy for any employee. Increment is very less as per work. Unit head and HR partiality with juniors on appraisal time.

Poor management Working culture like contract labour You have to have the time 24*7 in office but you get the result means Annual appraisal upto 1500/- to 2000/- take in hand. Very poor appraisal process(after 1.6year you get the appraisal amount) Politics is high level in office
