Earlier It was good company with good working environment . But for last 3-4 years its seems to be very poor.

Dislikes

For last 3-4 years working culture has been totally changed. there is no job satisfaction and always put extra pressure, mental harrashment, even no job security,. any time you would be asked for resignation from top management.
