Worst environment, uneducated staff and managers. No holiday except Sunday and other holidays are also cancel (like festivals). Giving assurance for batter increments but after joining they said we can’t increase. MD is only talking big things but his relationship with employees is worst.

Every thing is worst here. No job security at all. If they found small mistakes of your, directly removing on the same day.

Working here was a nightmare. The company forces employees to write glowing, fake reviews in a desperate attempt to boost their ratings, an effort that's laughably futile because once new hires see the reality, they don't stick around. Their retention rate is abysmal, and it's no surprise why. The management and HR department are equally incompetent. HR director is utterly unhelpful and complicates simple processes.
