Down the line people are good.

Dislikes

There is leadership crisis at the management level. Too much of interferences in managers decision down the line hence attrition level to exceptionally high. I have seen not less then 60-70 people joining and leaving the company on average every six months.

Working here was a nightmare. The company forces employees to write glowing, fake reviews in a desperate attempt to boost their ratings, an effort that's laughably futile because once new hires see the reality, they don't stick around. Their retention rate is abysmal, and it's no surprise why. The management and HR department are equally incompetent. HR director is utterly unhelpful and complicates simple processes. If you are looking to ruin your career, this is the place. Family-run, where employees are treated like garbage. The director? Completely unqualified - only in the role because she is married the CEO. It's less of a company and more of family drama with a toxic work culture.
