Still I cant say the company is bad but the regional coordinators are worst. Never take single step in favor of employee only intention how to engage their candidates so as to do that they(I mean in Odisha) only try to harass you to make you leave the company.

Dislikes

Regional management/ Project Co-coordinators are worst type personnel only know how to harass you.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
