At Feedback Infra Private Limited, there's nothing to like, just last month they had a video call on which they said that they'll pay our salary regularly on 2nd -3rd and then they started paying late already, what was the point of video conference if they can't keep their side of their promises . Everything from payment structures to upper management. Non cooperation of upper management with lower staff and the main major issue is the payment of salary which they never paid on time. I think the better option would be to close this company

Dislikes

compensation is decent growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. sometimes I have to work 14-15 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calla in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
