The company's culture and people are good, Salary and benefits are also good they also provide work from home in medical conditions.

Dislikes

Job security is better and culture is also awesome, management is poor and policies are also poor, there should be sufficient flexibility that if you don't have work anymore so you could leave such as IT companies.

Dislikes

Didn't like that you have to work on weekends also by forcefully where normal working days have 2 hours approximately free still they are preferring to work on leaves also. Another point is allow employees some flexibility like if there is no extra pending work still you have to seat to complete the hours so if the situation occurs please let them go and if you can't allow then divide work according hours....Read More
