No Job Security, work pathtic because of lots company work on same floor,, management not work on depth ,policy not belong to India ?

Training is good based on job activity,carrier groth tough ,salary not upto market standard, as well appraisals, travel limited positions only,, environment not good at all because HR /Security dept,pressure,work life balance is ok..

Work Details

My Job was to handle domestic air activity,,and my responsibility to up lift all shipment on time with correct flight, improve team operations efficiency save time.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Hi Everyone. I have 2 offers 1) Ness Digital (Hybrid role in Hyderabad) offering X LPA. 2) Qualitest (Fully Remote) offering X-3 LPA. My hometown is Bhopal, which is way less expensive than Hyderabad. My mind is telling to save money and work remotely. But I am not sure how these 2 companies are Kindly suggest which company to join
