It was a new university. and i was among the team that, set up the University Security Department, Recruitment's, Training's, Security Survey, Security and Operational Plannings Physical Security Measure etc were among the challenges that were overcome . The setting up of the university security department is a worth while experience and i cherish it/

Lack of structures for conducive learning for both staff and students

Basically managerial -planning , directing, organizing calling for staffing where necessary i enjoy the job
