Average company for beginners Not a good company for Managers and above - lot to rent sealing and ji hajuri ppl including tip HR MNC outlook lala culture.

Dislikes

Lala company Bhai bhatijawad Poor digestion- no room for alternate opinions Ancient mindset and style of working HR has no stand, opinion and is very week in character and position.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
