Good work environment and culture and the management is transparent and supportive company policies are good they give good salary hike bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bond of 5 years and i resign 2020 may have some problems on that time resion CORONA

You get to learn many new things here with the latest technology. Though my teammates were very supportive. Its good to start your career at Federal Mogul as a fresher. But you should not stay here for long time.

Dislikes

Salary growth was below than average. No opportunities for career growth.

I used to work as OE at Federal Mogul Parwanoo Plant. My work was so tiring as you had to operate machines all the time and that too in a standing position. you had to work in shifts so there was no work life balance.
