I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. During work in fastrack communication my senior will be supported to me, at any work and most of the task will be provided because I will be done any work with in given time.

Dislikes

I didn't have enough challenges, after a while all the projects, become repetitive. so no more new things will be develope here. & another most part is lack of stability. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometime.

Work Details

I will be checking LQC(Line quality control), PQC(Process quality control), FQC(Function quality control) & also check the IQC(Internal quality control). I will be handle the rejections department.
