As a VMD manager im checking daily the mannequin if there is sold out., update or not in proper alignment or styling. I am also Cash wrap manager., sales floor commander., HR assistant in payroll., and im doing the week work schedule. (Time management)

What i like about working in fast retailing was i learned on how to deal with the clients on how to meet their satisfaction, they trained their staff according to their standards.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

The work was very pressure, meeting their highest standard is a must, and job security was poor, working hours took 12hrs...not healthy to have time for yourself and family.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
