Health policy of company is very good. Leave policy is awesome. Even during pandemic company had not layoff the employees. Company values there employees.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very difficult due to frequent travelling and as client location would in industrial area so local travelling also consume times. Management need to take care about the work load on engineers. No personal life of employee. Lot of politics and management is not addressing the issue.
