I like to work in ftpl because I joined as an VBA in 2019 by my perfomance and tallent I got two times promotion in same ftpl company and now am working as an Asm. But the package for Asm is very low in fangs technology

In my zone our superior is doing too much of politics.As a bm he joined 2022 may month in Tirupur zone after that more than 15 workers terminated and he make them to resign their job. He is not giving any training he is just pushing for sales followup. In my zone am working like team leader not like an asm. Ftpl should analyse his mistakes and should help other staffs
